Thoroughly modern icons revisited

Live on Feb. 4 at 9 p.m. EDT, we make well on a promise. Due to additions to the audience over the years, many archived shows have not been heard. New listeners have requested we dig into the annals of more than a decade of shows to find and broadcast. Our Feb. 4 show begins live with abash and then features requested material from a show that aired Dec. 10, 2009. The blog text described it: The great product characters of the past are all dead. So, long live Aunt Jemima, Uncle Ben, the Sun Maid raisin girl and the Land O Lakes Butter Indian squaw. What has become of them? How have they survived the journey on the Hallelujah Trail?

Cotolo Chronicles is brought to you by 'Sweet Shepherd' -- a novella for your Kindle at Amazon. And by 'More Molotov Memoirs,' the digital version, now at Blurb, only $5.99 and 'Man of la mantra,' the hilarious novella offering all of its proceeds to fourculture magazine, in digital format at Amazon, only $4.99.

Thursdays: 9-11 p.m. EDT. You can also hear Cotolo-alter-ego Restless Johnny Wakeloose in The Green Room at 8 p.m. EDT at SRN and come into the chatroom with Johnny and the gang by clicking here .
