Another clue?

Who is this man (pictured)? Could it be him? Is it another fake or has someone been able to capture his image? Is this even what he looks like? Can he have been this available to have had someone take a picture?

Even if this is a picture of him, could it be possible that he is disguised? And what if he doesn't exist? Does that mean this is not a picture of him?

Passing the buck in buckaneer

NPR has designated Sept. 19 as Talk Like a Pirate Day.
So did they change their names for today to National Pirate Radio? I doubt it. Fake baloney heads, NPR(which should really be known as National Pretentious Radio). They are the last people to condone piratry, no less a word like "piratry." NPR wouldn't know how to buckle a swash if its telethon depended upon it.
I, of course, won't be talking like a pirate but like an actor who hasplayed a pirate. Therefore, all day I am talking like Errol Flynn (pictured). In fact, maybe I will drink and behave like him too. Yes, let's make Sept. 19 Talk and Behave Like Errol Flynn Day.

Endus maximus?

Is there a Doomsday Machine? Are we all ready to be sucked into oblivion? Has everything we lived and worked for to be taken from us in a bleak, quick, deadening moment that defies all Biblical forecast? Yes, it's the feel-good show of the week as we look into Black Holes for the answers to the end.

Cotolo missing from 'generous' list

LOS ANGELES (Reuters and other sources) - American talk-show host Oprah Winfrey topped a list of the 30 most generous celebrities.
The list, compiled by The Giving Back Fund, a group that seeks to encourage philanthropy, put Oprah in the top slot with gifts of $50.2 million in 2007 for education, health care advocacy for women and children worldwide.
Second place went to trumpeter and A&M records co-founder Herb Alpert (pictured right). His Herb Alpert Foundation spent $13 million on education.
Singer-actress Barbra Streisand came third in the list with $11 million donated by The Streisand Foundation to the environment, women's issues, civil rights, AIDS research, and advocacy.
Alternative-broadcasting star Frank Cotolo was nowhere on the list and was miffed. "I physically forced people to watch Oprah in The Color Purple, I made Herb change the name of his band from the Newark Brass to the Tijuana Brass, I never told anyone Streisand's character in Yentl was really a girl and that is just the start of why these celebrities owe me big time. Still, none of them stood up for me when it came time to call me generous."

Laughter's legacy

Introducing the classics to youngsters is a mandatory task for the over-50 crowd. A new list of 10 classic comedy movies is now circulating the internet as must-sees for geeks. Let's explore the list, make additions and delve into the folk-art of passing along greatness to new generations. (Pictured is a famos still of Harold Lloyd from his classic movie, Safety Last! )

Clowns down, mystery ensues

It was earl this year when two clowns were shot and killed by an unidentified gunman during a performance at a travelling circus in the eastern Colombian town of Cucuta. The gunman burst into the Circo del Sol de Cali and shot the clowns in front of an audience of 20 to 50 people, according to police chief Jose Humberto Henao.

One of the clowns was killed instantly and the second died the next day in hospital.

"The killings had nothing to do with the show the victims were performing at the time of the incident," Henao said. "We are investigating the motive."

It is September and there is no report of what happened that dreadful day. Anyone having any information should contact us.
