Toys: figures of hate


Whether we are aware or not, all of us reveal bias about something or other in the ways we create art, conversation and lifestyle. Artists are more aware of the symbols and metaphors mixed into their works but even they are aloof at times of creation. Some people say we ‘read into things too much’ and find moods, messages and meanings that were not intended. To begin, let’s just look into the world of Lego toys and see the powerful the psychology of silent but deadly bias. Listen live at 9 p.m. EDT.
