Back in Seattle again
By popular demand, today's w-log (web log, or blog) directs readers to information concerning the Seattle Mariners baseball team. Unlike other baseball teams, this great organization is named after sailors. Not bad sailors, like the "Pirates," but great seamen. Not semen, like the life-empowered liquid, but men who brave the weather and the waves (not Waves as in women sailors).
By clicking here you can learn more about the American League's terrific team that comes from a great city; the city where Starbucks was born; the city near a volcano; the city of Boeing; the city with a giant needle-shaped restaurant. A city in a state named after our wooden-toothed President and father of our country (see one-dollar bill picture).

All hail the Seattle Mariners!
