Long live the 'King'

At approximately 9:15 on the morning of Tuesday, Aug. 16, 1977, a Memphis restaurant owner died from an apparent heart attack. His body wasn't discovered until shortly after 1:30 p.m. that afternoon. The following day, more than 50,000 mourners showed up for his viewing ... there was, indeed, heartbreak at the hotel Graceland and the rumors were born shortly after the death of Elvis Presley was announced.

On the April 26 program, Bruce Kearns talks about his novel, Resurrection of the King; The most compelling Elvis is Alive story ever told. You can read a review of the book here and get one person's view of this inventive volume of fiction.
