Program tease, #3
Michael Landon thrived on the TV western Bonanza during 14 years in the role of Little Joe Cartwright. He developed not only as an actor but also as a writer and directed many episodes of Bonanza. Michael used his acting, writing, and directing skills to produce, write, direct, as well as star in Little House on the Prairie, and later, Highway to Heaven.
So what in the name of the old west does he have to do with the man whose name adorns the title of the program? And what does Michael have in common with Rudy Vallee, Dudley Moore, Billy Dee Williams, Phil Everly or Rick James, to name a few?
Stay tuned as we head for the Sept. 14 program.
