Sixth sense
Why does the date with three sixes in it bring believers to their knees? Ask a numerologist. The number 9 is an important numeric symbol to occult groups. Because the number 13 gets all the press with its superstitious implications, the number 9 is not feared by the average person.
Satanists embrace the number 9 for a few reasons. First, Satanists enjoy reversing, mirroring and inverting symbols, letters and numbers. So, they turn the number "9" upside down and get the number 6, which makes up the number of the Beast (666), otherwise known as the anti-Christ, according to in Revelation 13:18 in the Bible. Next, Satanists take pleasure in celebrating the death of Christ, which is identified with the number 9. Mark 15: 34-37 reveals that Christ spoke his last words on the cross at the ninth hour and "gave up the ghost."
Coincidence? Dare you think not? Sound like a bunch of superstitious baloney to you?
Superstitious? Perhaps. Baloney, perhaps not.
