Comparametric equations, maybe?

Come one, come all, come one at a time and all for one and one for all.

A great controversy may be the topic of Sept. 16’s Chronicles. Often, it is argued that hidden within the flow of signals from typical cameras, through image processing, to display media, is a homomorphic filter. But is there? Is homomorphic filtering desirable, and when are there occasions where it is not?

I have always said that cancellation of this implicit homomorphic filter must include the introduction of an anti-homomorphic filter. It is a concept that suggests the principle of quantigraphic image processing, and, obviously, brings about the idea that a linearly responsive to a semi-monotonic function of the quantity of light received, integrated over a fixed spectral response profile, might be questioned.

Is this quantity radiometric nor photometric? And what about the spectral response of the sensor elements?

Tune in tonight. We may get into it. And then again, we may not. It depends on a number of things, all of them health-related. No matter what happens, get your beverage or beverages of choice and be ready to replenish your precious bodily fluids as the flow of the moment sweeps through your mind like a hurricane called Ivan.

Cotolo Chronicles can be heard every Thursday night at 9 p.m. EST on the internet

I don't know what you just said, but I'll definitely be listening with my beverage of choice. I can't tell you with any certainty what that will be because I'll choose later. It might be some Apple Kiwi Strawberry juice; or some plain seltzer with chocolate italian syrup (love those chocolate italians!); or maybe some chilled and filtered tap water. Ya never know 'til ya know!
