Renegade planet
As you sit and ponder who next to text or what to watch on Netflix or which power drink to purchase or where you can get a high-paying job and who is responsible for making that task so difficult, a spacecraft is approaching Pluto and will be sending back scads of information about the small body in space named after the ruler of the underworld. Join our host as he talks about places where no man had gone before. Thursday, July 17 at 9 p.m. EST, live. (illustration by iinov8 on deviantART)

The debate over Pluto's planet status is still very much ongoing. Since you link to a Universe Today article presenting the side against Pluto being classed as a planet, you should also link to an article presenting the side in favor of Pluto being classed as a planet. Dr. Alan Stern, New Horizons Principal Investigator, is one of the leading advocates of Pluto's planet status in the world, and he organized a petition of 300 astronomers rejecting the controversial definition adopted by four percent of the IAU, most of whom are not planetary scientists. Here is a link to an article I wrote representing the other side of this issue: http://laurelsplutoblog.blogspot.com/2013/02/responding-to-iau-pluto-and-developing.html
